Become a Customer

To our customers, please read carefully the following notes:

New account

Any new client must fill out Biofloral’s account application and provide a copy of his valid Retailer license business. First orders must be paid cash or with a certified cheque upon or prior to delivery.

Delivery

Montreal, Laval, North Shore
For orders inferior to 1500$ (taxes not included), delivery charges will be added to the invoice.
Orders superior than 1500$ will be delivered at no charge.

Exterior of Montreal area
When required, deliveries will be made by common carriers. For orders superior to 1500$, delivery will be paid by Biofloral.
For orders inferior to 1500$, delivery charges will be added to the invoice.

Ontario
For orders inferior to 1500$ (taxes not included), delivery charges will be added to the invoice.
Orders superior than 1500$ will be delivered at no charge.

Maritimes
For orders inferior to 2 000 $ (taxes not included), delivery charges will be added to the invoice.
Orders superior than 2 000 $ will be delivered at no charge.

USA
For orders inferior to 5 000 $ (taxes not included), delivery charges will be added to the invoice.
Orders superior than 5 000 $ will be delivered at no charge.

Please take note that extra fees will be applied for the following additional services
(power tailgate, scheduling delivery appointments, secondary delivery, etc.)

Good returns

Returns must be approved by one of Biofloral’s authorized officer. Sender will assume costs related to transportation of goods return or will give them to Biofloral’s delivery personal upon receipt of another order.

Conditions for good returns are as follows:
15% of restocking fees will be charged for non defective merchandise returned within two months of its purchase in its original packaging, free of Price tag and clean. 25% of restocking fees will be charged for return of outdated, broken and/or labelled merchandise .


Shipping

Biofloral ship all order’s wrapped in black shrink wrap. If order does not arrive with black shrink wrap, DO NOT accept the order. If it occurs, please contact your sales representative or Biofloral customer service department.

Receiving

When receiving an order, please check that the pallet, and/or boxes are in good condition, and do not appear to be damaged or tampered with. If the shipment shows any signs of damage due to transport, please make note on the bill of lading BEFORE signing the receipt. As well, if there are signs of damage present, the driver IS REQUIRED BY CONTRACT to remain at the store for up to 30 minutes, or until the shipment has been inspected thoroughly. We realize that your time is money, and that this may not always be possible, but please exercise this option whenever possible as it will help us be able to process any claims, and/or returns much more efficiently.

Claims

The following actions must take place in order for a claim, and/or a return to be processed. No execptions.

  • Shipment arrives without black shrink wrap - refuse delivery, contact Biofloral immediately.
  • Shipment appears to be damaged, and/or tampered with - inspect shipment thoroughly, and make note of any problems on bill of lading before signing receipt.
  • Shipment looks fine initially, but has broken, and/or missing product once sorted trough - contact Biofloral within 24h of shipment arrival to make a claim.
