TROLMASTER REHEAT CONTROL STATION (TS-3) (1)
Product Code: 24361
TrolMaster TS-3 – Reheat Control Station
The TrolMaster TS-3 Thermostat Station is designed to provide “reheat” control for air conditioners equipped with this function. The reheat feature allows an HVAC system to activate both cooling and heating simultaneously, enabling significant dehumidification without further lowering the ambient temperature.
This innovative control method utilizes the existing refrigeration circuit of your HVAC unit to also act as a dehumidifier, providing better climate balance and humidity management.
The TS-3 is compatible with TrolMaster Hydro-X Pro (HCS-2) and Hydro-X Plus (HCS-3) controllers, and manages both temperature regulation and supplemental dehumidification. It can be used with single-stage HVAC systems or heat pumps that support simultaneous cooling and heating operation.
Important: The connected HVAC or heat pump must be capable of accepting both heat and cool signals at the same time, otherwise system damage may occur.
Mini-split and VRF systems are generally not compatible with reheat control.
Features:
- Enables reheat-based dehumidification using existing HVAC circuits
- LCD display with simple operation
- Seamless connection with Hydro-X Pro and Hydro-X Plus
- Micro-SD port for firmware updates
- Address assignment for multiple modules
- Plug & Play setup
